Which companies benefit most from AI?+

Those with repetitive processes at volume (customer service, document processing, procurement, HR). SMBs are ideal: enough volume to justify investment but still flexible enough to implement quickly. Large corporations take longer due to approval processes.

How much does it cost to start with AI in my company?+

An initial workshop costs €2,000 and gives you clarity on where to start. A first production use case starts at €15,000. We always start small with metrics — if there's no measurable ROI, no reason to invest more.

Does my company's data stay with OpenAI or Anthropic?+

Depends on the choice. With OpenAI Enterprise or Anthropic Claude for Work, data is NOT used to train models. For highly sensitive data we offer on-premise models (Ollama, vLLM) that never leave your infrastructure. We decide together based on your case.

Do I need clean data before starting?+

Depends on the case. For conversational AI or document automation: no. For predictive analytics or personalization: yes, data quality matters. In the workshop phase we assess your data readiness and decide where to start.

How do I know if AI really works or if it's hype?+

With metrics. Before starting we define what to measure (time saved, tickets resolved, euros invoiced, errors reduced). During the pilot we measure continuously. After 4-8 weeks in production we decide whether to expand or stop. Without objective data, we don't advance.
