You'll build real product end-to-end: Next.js and TypeScript interfaces, well-designed SQL models and queries, and deployments on AWS. You'll work with the founders and the client — no middle layers.

What you'll do

• →Design and build complete features: frontend, API and database
• →Model data and write SQL that holds up as it grows (PostgreSQL)
• →Deploy and operate on AWS: infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring
• →Integrate external services (Stripe, WhatsApp, third-party APIs, LLMs)
• →Talk to the client and understand the problem before writing code

What we're looking for

• ✓3+ years building web product in production
• ✓Fluent in Next.js / React and TypeScript
• ✓Real SQL: modelling, indexes, complex queries (PostgreSQL ideally)
• ✓Experience deploying on AWS (or equivalent cloud)
• ✓Fluent Spanish; technical English

Nice to have

• Supabase
• AI agents (Claude, LangGraph, RAG)
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform, CDK)
• Founder-facing experience

APIs, data and integrations behind apps with thousands of users and multi-tenant SaaS. Node/TypeScript on PostgreSQL, queues, webhooks and cloud deployment. You care that the system still works on a random Tuesday.

What you'll do

• →Design and build APIs (REST/GraphQL) and backend services in Node/TypeScript
• →Model and optimise PostgreSQL databases; migrations and performance
• →Integrations: payment gateways, messaging (WhatsApp, email, push), third-party APIs and LLMs
• →Observability, security, queues and scheduled jobs
• →Document and leave the system ready for someone else to operate

What we're looking for

• ✓3+ years in backend in production
• ✓Node.js + TypeScript (Python is a plus)
• ✓PostgreSQL with judgement: modelling, indexes, transactions
• ✓Cloud experience (AWS or Supabase) and CI/CD
• ✓Fluent Spanish; technical English

Nice to have

• Supabase (RLS, Edge Functions)
• Multi-tenant architectures
• Event-driven / queues (SQS, Redis)
• Security and OWASP

Apps people use every day — like ChutApp or Kunoa. Native in Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose, and React Native when the case calls for it. Store publishing and maintenance after launch.

What you'll do

• →Build and maintain iOS and Android apps in production (native and React Native)
• →Integrate backends (Supabase, REST, WebSockets, push notifications)
• →Own performance, accessibility and the relationship with store review teams
• →Choose between native and hybrid with judgement, per project
• →Propose UX improvements with your own judgement

What we're looking for

• ✓3+ years publishing apps on the App Store and/or Google Play
• ✓Fluent in Swift/SwiftUI or Kotlin/Compose (ideally both)
• ✓React Native in production
• ✓Autonomy: few meetings, lots of ownership
• ✓Fluent Spanish; technical English

Nice to have

• Flutter
• Apps for minors / parental controls
• Mobile video and streaming
• App Clips / widgets

You'll design product that actually gets used: mobile apps, SaaS and websites for startups and companies. From flow and wireframe to the design system in Figma, working side by side with the people who build it.

What you'll do

• →Research, define flows and prototype (Figma) for web and mobile
• →Design polished interfaces and reusable design systems (tokens, components)
• →Collaborate daily with engineering so what you design gets built as designed
• →Measure and improve: onboarding, retention, accessibility
• →Look after each client's brand (and CODX's) on every screen

What we're looking for

• ✓3+ years designing digital product (apps or SaaS) in production
• ✓Advanced Figma: components, variants, auto-layout, prototypes
• ✓Judgement in typography, hierarchy and accessibility
• ✓Portfolio with real product and the reasoning behind decisions
• ✓Fluent Spanish; technical English
